Coaching

"Good management is the art of making problems so interesting and their solutions so constructive that everyone wants to get to work to deal with them."        - Paul Hawkin

There are many definitions and visions that come to mind when one hears the word coaching. The thought of team sports is what most people have thought of in the past until Life and Business Coaching came onto the scene in the 90's.

Initially inspired by the teachings of Thomas Leonard (a man who put coaching as it is known today on the map) Cheri received her formal coaching education through Coach University and mixed that with her practical education in running her own businesses for close to 25 years.

What is most important for Cheri when working with her clients is to help them to discover and understand what really matters most to them.   To help them find the tools to create in their world a vision that brings them joy, success and yes.victory.

With a busy company of her own she continues to stay in the day-to-day trenches of operating a business so understands exactly what it takes in today's markeplace.   Coaching includes but is not limited to:

Business Start-up Coaching - Setting a game plan on what it takes to get your business off the ground.  Looking at your strengths as well as weaknesses and setting your game plan.

Career Coaching - With the revision of your resume as a guide, you will be assisted while you strongly take a look at where you have been and where you want to go.

Sales and Marketing Coaching - Together, looking at the tools you are using to get your business on the map and seeing how to define and refine the next steps in your business success.
